Since we were selling the house from out of state, Rhonda made everything so easy for us by taking care of all the details, from managing the cleaning, staging, and negotiating with the buyer. I was happy with everything but the clean or clear out person. He did not seem very truthful and therefore reliable. I know there was a lot of stuff much of which could or might have been very valuable to the new homeowner. I know I would have been happy to receive much of it. Many of the items were there to provide replacements for items in the house.
