Rhonda is a great asset. She took time to find comps that made sense and was realistic when discussing reasonable sale prices. We have sold 2 properties recently and they were sold without us feeling like we left money on the table. Both were sold within 2 weeks, closed within 30 days, and she handled any issues confidently. Rhonda has experience with many title offices and lenders and answered all our questions professionally and promptly.

Rhonda went above and beyond not only with the help of my condo purchase, which turned out to have many hurdles through not fault of myself or her, but has been a joy and champion for me the 7 years I have been renting and eventually purchasing where I live. Since we were selling the house from out of state, Rhonda made everything so easy for us by taking care of all the details, from managing the cleaning, staging, and negotiating with the buyer. She kept us updated in real time and was always prompt with her followup. I was pleased with the results and would recommend Rhonda without reservation.

I was happy with everything but the clean or clear out person. He did not seem very truthful and therefore reliable. I know there was a lot of stuff much of which could or might have been very valuable to the new homeowner. I know I would have been happy to receive much of it. Many of the items were there to provide replacements for items in the house.
